Also, I am personally more interested in Japanese paintings than others because of the style. The orange and yellow temples look beautiful, as the rest of the image is colorless with only grey, black and white in it. This makes the temples and other buildings stand out much more than anything else. The snowflakes are a great touch and are very satisfying to me because there is a perfect amount of these snowflakes, so the artist used the space very effectively. Furthermore, I am very pleased with the trees and how they are black, along with the shape of them.

https://library.artstor.org/#/asset/CONNASIAN_106310617017;prevRouteTS=1632096305049;groupId=281ff1be-6a74-468d-8212-49339bc925b6

Title: Asa Kusa Temple in WinterCulture: JapaneseWork Type: color woodcutDate: 1810Material: ink on paperDimensions: 21 x 35 cmRepository: Wetmore Print…

[40,18
6,27,39,3,2
post-1807","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-connecticut-college","category-image","tag-bronze","tag-buddhism","tag-connecticut-college","tag-japan","tag-print","wpcat-40-id","wpcat-18-id
["GET
