The woman appear to be watching and listening to someone on the other side of the room not seen in the woodcut. One of the woman holds two gilded swords, demonstrating her power or wealth. In the bottom left of the woodcut, a table sits with paintbrushes and various inks on top. The walls of the space are covered in landscape paintings featuring scenes of tree covered mountains and streams.
